UPDATES

The latest major updates made to my site. "Latest" is a relative term; if the last item below looks a bit long in the tooth, it just means that I haven't added anything new since then.

March 2012: A wiring diagram for the WM180, and details of the Speed Control Board and Auxiliary Board on a Real Bull mini-lathe added to "Variable Speed Controls."

April 2012: Added a note on matching Warco's green paint at the end of "Gear cover".

May 2012: Added "Motor cooling fan", showing the addition of a fan to provide forced air cooling through the lathe's motor

June 2012: Added details of spindle lubricators for the baby Perris lathe
July 2012: New page: Extending the travel of the WM180 cross slide.

July 2012: New Page: Modifying a chuck to fit the Perris's smaller spindle nose.

September 2012: New page: Fixing excessive "Dishing" on facing cuts by remachining the saddle dovetail. Includes reworking the dimples on the gib strip so it can be properly adjusted.

January 2013 New page: A more modern WM180 describing some of the changes to the lathe over the last few years.
